Sigma Slugger
On April 4th 2009, the Brothers and Candidates of the Epsilon Chi Chapter hosted a joint Philanthropy with the Sisters of Sigma Kappa Sorority. The two organizations held a home run derby with proceeds donated to both the Alzheimer’s Research Foundation and the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital
Community Service
Epsilon Chi Chapter is currently working through the application process to Adopt-A-Highway. The Chapter is working on becoming further involved in the community of Bowling Green.
Bike Marathon
During the week of September 18th 2009 – September 25th 2009, the Epsilon Chi chapter will host its Second Annual Bike Marathon. This was a great success during the fall semester of 2008, and the chapter can only hope to make it better this year. A stationary bicycle will be set up in the Oval just outside the Bowen-Thompson Student Union. Our Chapter will keep the back wheel of the bike spinning at all times during the week. It is a great time of brotherhood and camaraderie.
General External
The Chapter participates in many other organizations’ philanthropies and works hard to win at least the spirit award from each.
